Finally, she was Director of School and Family Programs at Carnegie Hall from 2007-2012, overseeing programs that reach thousands of children and families around the world. While at Carnegie Hall, In Tune monthly said, “Today Tolle uses one of the world’s greatest concert halls as her classroom.”  Continuing her commitment to education, Misty has a consulting business, working with orchestras and arts institutions around the country.

She is also Director of Worship Arts at Man O' War Church and was a member of the Grammy Award-winning Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir prior to this post.  Her blog, 'My Life as a Listener' explores the parallel lessons between achieving success in classical music and having a fruitful spiritual life.
